Stock shafts tend to be the weak link in fully built 60E's. The thought of my shafts breaking is in the back of my head every time I mash the skinny pedal in my truck.

lvl 6's have billet output shafts.

You should also wrap all of your hot parts with some good header wrap and get some heat shields for your spark plug wires on the turbo side.

Correct, gotchya. Its all about the little things. I like doing everything at once and making sure its done right. But this is a fairly new venture for me so everyones advice/tips are very appreciated.

Have a stack of 100's lying around for all the little parts you will forget and need.

Get a good wideband, and boost gauge and you should be fine for 500hp all day. Maybe a rear-end girdle or swap it out for an eaton lsd or tru-trac.

Haha Ya I hear you Atomic. I knew I forgot something on my list (Gauges) Im leaning toward the TruTrac. But ya the stacks do go quick. Time is more of a problem for me. I am gone for 6 or so weeks then I go home for a little and me being impatient, I like to get everything ready for the time while Im home. Which is why I appreciate the input.

Sitting in the hotel room at night thinking of ways to upgrade my truck is a good time killer and wallet killer. But its one of my few hobbies so what the heck.

Its definatly the dark side of engine power adders, just got my first turbo on my truck, got it up and running and love it but i promise money will flow FAST! Sounds like u got your bases covered so far, but if your compression test dosent come out so well......$$$$Cha Ching$$$$ mis well go forged, then mis well stroke it, then mis well get bigger fuel lines along with that big A$$ fuel pump.....lol you get the point.... Im the same way about a hobby, if i enjoy doing it money isnt a factor just have fun :]
