See this is what i mean, thats more of what i was exspecting for mine, i know he had to do several runs to get the afr just right so maybe things were really hot and heat soaked + the hot day could of effected it. Hes putting it on the dyno again tomorrow and its suppose to be a cool day and the truck will be nice an cold, add some more timing, pull the filter add my elbow to the turbo and see what she does?

If he is getting any valve float or his pushrods are flexing he could pick up some serious power swapping to some better stuff. I think your expectations are kind of high considering your setup. Boost alone won't get you there. What supporting mods do you have on the fuel side? Seems like that might be a part of the problem. I have little trust for dyno numbers and picking up 120hp on 10lbs of boost alone seems solid to me. I think we are missing some things tho.

Whats the best way to tell if im gettig valve float? Anyways as far as my fuel system i got bosch 60 lbs injectors, stock flexfuel pump which should have plenty more capacity left in it. Maybe i am exspecting to much, but theres guys with less supportingnmods that appear to make more power on less psi then myself, worst comes to worse i can try another local tuner

As others have said, don't get hung up on dyno numbers. I have never had my truck dynoed and I dont really care. It would help me in the tuning process but it's pointless to chase after some number. Whatever your tuner gets is what he gets. Take it to the track and get some solid runs in, that's the old way you will ACTUALLY know how much your turbo kit has helped.

Also, you don't want your truck to be TOO cool(i.e. still in "warm up"'range of your tables). Your engine runs best (and is designed that way) to operate within an ideal temp range. You're not likely to go above that on the dyno unless youre cooling system is malfunctioning. A really good fan blowing on your radiator/intercooler is all you reallyneed. You (should) want your engine to operate in as close to the same environment as it will see on the road.

Like i said, run that dude on the track. Your 1/4 mile mph will show your power or lack thereof.

6psi i ran a 13.2@104, 6psi + 47 shot was a 12.5@111.
You being 4x4 it should roll out on 10psi!

You can compare your vechicle weight and 1/4 mile speed for your average HP.

New Numbers, 450 rwhp, 450 rwhp ft lbs torque! More of what I was exspecting, but after a few pulls she gets pretty warm and you can feel the decrease in power!

Little bit more timing, tad leaner. Then we got it to normal operating temps, did a pull and thats what she made, it started to decrease after temps got hotter. After a trans reprogram is it normal for the trans to be slow shifting untill it learns your habits? 6L80e is my tranny. My tuner said thats the reason it will hold a gear at redline for a couple seconds before it shifts?! didnt seem right to me but Im fairly new to these transmissions
