From my reading this I gathered that you changed the seals and still leaks a little. My next line of thinking in a situation like this would be that maybe the shafts could be slightly bent from worn bearings or they could have a wear pattern in them from over the years of driving-which would not alow even a new seal the appropraite surface finish/cosistancy to work like its should.

Have you been able to determine how much preassure is build inside the trans case on one of these and full rpm? If its a bunch, may need to looking to getting that out somehow. Ventcan/Vaccumm Pump I don't know.

Prochargers usually build 1 to 2 psi inside of the case from what I've heard.

Hey John, any updates?

I ran into this thread and thought about your oil problem.

my tuner has sent 5 blowers to superchargerrebuilds over the years and has never had one failure or one come back with a problem. now every shop has the one that bites them in the ***, just look at strictly performance and HPP racing its a wonder they are still in business. but the horror story came from an aged twin screw blower which are known for running hot and locking rotors up the guy even admitted to getting it hot, ive seen numerous stock Eatons do the same thing when they get hot, ive seen numerous blowers in my industry that get hot and lock up and its all over.

What I meant was I wouldn't send it to them, since I can do it my self, but if I couldn't I wouldn't have a prob sending to them..

So far the new one is fine, nothing blowing out of the bypass.. But again, from the guys I have talked with at PC, it is totally normal for it to do that, some do and some do not..
