All the cold water you want for an A/W set up.
Heres a few pics of a chiller we built for our test truck. Test truck uses an air to water intercooler custom built brackets and heat exchanger. We used a Johsons marine pump to push all the water through the system, had a Meizere but it did not fit the area I wanted to use. Used all factory connections so No real problems once the leaks or found.
Intial testing was very nice but real testing will have to wait for hotter weather.
Before the air temps while driving around where 10 degrees warmer then ambien air. After boosting 9+ psi up and down the city street, temps would climp and come down but over time it would take longer and longer to get back down to what I call normal temp.
After the chiller was installed now air temps are 3-5 degrees cooler then ambien. After driving around the tank, intercooler and heat exchanger are all COLD to the touch. Even the IC closest to the header is nice and cold. You can feel the difference in temp. from the pre and after intercooler pipes. We are going to create double wall piping and have cold water circulating through them as well.
Now can boost 9+ temps climb alot slower and returns extremely fast to the cooler areas. I think I could hot lap this truck with no ill effects to the air temps.
More testing to come wanted to share a little.

I belive he has a core inside the water tank that cools the water. Pretty damn slick if you ask me! Pretty sure the a.c. has to be running to pump refrigerant thru the core.

WOW!! I'd like to see more info on this! The only problem I could see is that most, or all tracks insist you shut off the A/C before pulling out to run, so as to not drip condensate on the track.
