Default Air box we will be offering soon.

Here’s a few pics of an air box we’ve been working on.
I feel this will clean up the engine bay, better cooler air
instead of hot engine bay heat.

Has anyone done a legitimate test on the efficacy of these types of air boxes? Link to the post/study?

Will it fit nbs and nnbs? Is it sealed to the fender? What does the connection look like that passes through? How big of a filter will it fit?

I've been looking for a generic airbox that I can use to attach a 4 inch tube for MAF on my truck, but there really isn't anything that exactly meets my needs, but this looks close.

Kit is designed on our 2003 1500.

Is it sealed to the fender? No

What does the connection look like that passes through?
Not sure what you mean pads through?

How big of a filter will it fit?
Right now 7” long 6” base
5.25 top with power stack
4” inlet
larger will fit. We are working on
6” inlet 7” tall 8” base 6” top with power stack.

This will be offered in many levels.
From box only. All the way to box, filter, elbow Kit to fit our turbo kits.

Specifically asking about the part of the box where the air passes through from the filter to the connection hose. I was trying to understand what that panel looked like and if it was just a 4" hole or if the filter attachment was part of the panel or...
