My afr is goin up n down between 12 to 18 under 2000 rpm when it does that my rpm also goes up n down about 100rpm I have checked fuel pressure vacuum exhaust leak and everything seems good what else could it be I just installed trick stage 3 it's on a 99 ecsb 6.0 80lb injectors 044 bosh inline sd tune

Does it do this while coasting down? If so its probably DFCO cutting fuel off. The 12 is probably when you are accelerating from power/boost enrichment....or I am misunderstanding what you are saying. When you are cruising at a steady speed, does it read around 14.6?

Yea anytime under 2000 it does it also when cursing its not as bad as in park the other thing when it's cold it runs a 100% with out any afr change when cold

So it is doing this out of boost right? Did it start doing this all of a sudden or has it been doing this since you put the turbo kit on and got it tuned?

It started it after turbo and tune install as soon as I get into boost its holds steady every now n then it misfires a bit in boost 5psi

Yes fuel pressure stays at 58 my truck is a 99 ecsb z71 6.0 80e swap 3200 stall trick stage 3 triple 12 80lb injectors with a stock intank feeding the 044 bosh inline pump I hade everything installed except injectors and in ran fine so after I installed the turbo kit and injectors this started I also changed to a sd tune after the kit install
