Any one know anything about this kit?http://www.aempower.com/ViewCategory...CategoryID=120 I can get it for 296.00 without the tank. I was looking a snow stage 1 but for the money this is tempting. I would use it mainly for towing to to help the radix112 with 2.8 pulley keep its cool, injecting over 5-6 psi. Injecting lower I think would use too much while towing.

 

I can tow 7000 lbs, in the hills of Alaska, stay in OD the whole time, and stay out of boost almost all the time. There are a couple of hills where I see 3-5 psi. Once I tickle 5 psi, I shift to 3rd gear and stay out of boost.

What cam/converter do you have? I'm just curious, always thinking about what I'm gonna want to do next. I've been putting off meth and nitrous. I don't like refills.

 

Im getting ready to install 212-218 low lift. Been running the 1650 converter with a monster trans. Im changing everything at once, radix112, cam, headers. Sending the pcm to wheatley so I figured if I ever ran meth now would be the time to tune for it. Id rather not run it if I dont need to, just not sure about the 112 with the smaller 2.8 pulley if it would be making too much heat. My goal it to be able to run 12s and still tow well. This is also a standard cab step side, that should help.

 

I'm using a 3.0 pulley with my MP112, on a 5.3 with stock heads, and I still have stock exhaust manifolds. Are you 5.3 or 6.0?

 

Its out of an 02 escalade 6.0 lq9. Not sure if the half point on the compression would make detonation a problem.
