I had someone give me a 4.3 and they had a supercharger from a 3800. Could I use that blower on a 4.3? I was just wondering since I could get the blower for free too and it would make awesome low end power.

 

Anyone?? Would I be better to try and turbocharge it instead? I was hoping someone would know something and be able to offer some input.

 

Theres no injectors in the manifold on the s/c 3800s, the injectors are in the heads. So between that and the intake ports being different youd have to make a custom lower manifold to be able to put that supercharger on it.

 

Heads won't swap over????

 

I was manly asking if it was something that could easily be swapped or made to work. Before I did that I would seriously consider going the turbo route.

 

It would be easier to start off with a SBC manifold and modify it to work with one of our superchargers......Or go Burbo.
