There will be lots of people to thank for making this possible, but, for this 1st part, getting it mounted, it is BigTex.

Also a bit of a tip, i was able to cut my J tube w/ out removing it....i have a hole saw set and put a 3-5/8" on the mandrel and then put a 3" over that and the 3" rides inside the original hole and guides the 3-5/8" to cut a perfect hole...no fuss, no muss! Here are some pics!

I know....it took maybe 10 min to cut and it barely needs some touching up w/ the dremel...it worked out sweet! Thanks.

no problem, it wouldn't have been possible w/ your pics...thanks again!

btw, my tac is on backorder (supposed to ship on monday) and got my wiring harness last week...hopefully i can get it on and running by next weekend!

I had a machinist make my flange and then weld it on to the j tube but it didn't have the groove machined for the gasket. I used the Loctite gasket maker, #510, and although it's expensive it has worked just fine this first 2 weeks of use.

You guys who have finished the 90mm mod - what are your impressions? I changed so many things at one time that I can't say exactly what gains I had from the 90mm TB alone. I'm just curious.
