Default 90mm first drive results

Finished up the 90mm install last night.

The TB blade still only opens 75% to 80% at WOT.

Data logged this morning on my normal 36 mile drive to work and made 4 runs
from 40mph to 100mph +.

SOTP tells me it’s more powerful and the data agrees.
Here’s the data of the before and after 90mm mod:
Before:
40mph to 100mph
Starting out IAT 95*F
at 100mph IAT 149*
at 100mph gs/sec 310
at 100mph 13.5* timing adv.

After 90mm mod
40mph to 100mph
Starting out IAT 100*F
at 100mph IAT 138*
at 100mph gs/sec 320
at 100mph 14.0* timing adv.

So there's definitely a positive difference after the 90mm mod, I would expect to see even more when we figure out this WOT issue.

BTW I've notice tuning needed in the trans shift parameters after the mod,
I'm sure its do to this TB TPS issue were having, and now my PE is coming in to early, Basically my data logging has shown that the indicated TPS is greater at all Throttle position points which screws with the Trans shift points.

All in all I think this is going to be a good mod but will need some tuning for Drivability.

Cool

Nice. I hope that you get the details worked out without too much trouble. Looks like some of you have been conscripted into the testing team.
Best of luck.
