I noticed a diff going to the 80MM drive by wire and Pacesetter LT's. I am adding cam/heads next week with a wideband LC-1. With HP tuners I log slightly higher MAF in HZ readings throughout the pull, but I am struggling will fuel Inj duty cycles with the 42# injectors. 60#'s going on next week also. I am planning a 90mm and Fast Intake once I can find a good solution to the drive by wire TB. My Vortech has the 3.12" pulley and I currently pull 12 psi. I would be interested in dyno before/after with a 90mm setup

With the TB on the outlet side of the vortech S/C you will not see as much of a gain by going to a larger TB. The radix guys see a big gain, because the supercharger has less restriction on the inlet side, making for less heat.

It certainly couldn't hurt as you could flow more air into the intake.

I think that as well but it couldn't hurt. I wouldn't expect huge gains.

Anyone else have input?

Measure the boost before the tb and then measure the boost in the intake both on a run to the same rpm. If there's a difference, say 2lbs, then you know the tb is a restriction. I expect the tb will be restrictive and run better with the 90mm.

I had planned on doing the same thing. I even have the LS2 manifold in the garage. Once I made a list of everything that would need to be replaced/ modified, it didnt look to be worth it at all. You would have to relocate accesories, new injectors I believe, fuel rails, and new TB obviously. At that point I just decided to get a turbo.

I think at this point I will just let the truck sit until I can get the meth installed and turn the boost up to 12lbs. Kevin how about it, I should see 510 on the dyno and I have the stock converter......what a joke!
