Default 8 rib TVS2300 setup, need some help

OK guys I need some help. Maybe Leftcoast32 will see this and chime in or any of the other 8-rib dealers.
I have been putting together an 8-rib setup for my TVS setup. I bought things as they became available on forums or ebay etc..
Now I’m trying to figure out if I have everything or if I still need spacers etc, and that it will all work together.
I’m hoping some of you have done this and can walk me through it. Some are T-Mac pulleys some are Innovators West (IW).

I want to make sure the pulleys line up as they are supposed to.

I have an IW balancer and I think I got the PS pulley from IW as well. The idlers are T-Mac I think and the alt pulley, I have no idea.

I labeled the pulleys and spacers so I can follow along if you have inputs. I assume they all have to line up with the same geometry since no matter whose pulleys you use they have to line up w/the Balancer and water pump.

What spacer goes on what pulley?

Joe won't post up here since being banned after he quit being a sponsor here. You could find him on the TBSSowners site & pm him, or just call him(that's what I do, he always answers his phone).

I wil probably call him tomorrow. I still want to see if others with an 8-rib setup recognize this stuff and know how it goes together.

The one pictured is a 3.2" but I do have a 2.9" 8-rib RIP pulley as well. I'm not shooting for anything record breaking. Somewhere between 12-15psi. 10.4:1 408 is what it's going on.
I just don't want to get 90% done to find out I need a spacer or a different pulley etc...

I kow there are several guys out here running 8-ribs so they need to get in here and ANSWER ME!

Why do your posts always show up with black writing? Your last one didnt but the first one did. Yes your idlers look like T-Mac pullies. I am not sure about the spacers.

Maybe because I write it in Word and then cut/paste to the forum?

Are you using T-mac idlers? Did you have spacers or you just bolted on using the stock hardware?

Im a dealer for the T-Mac products... NEITHER of the ilders should have grooves in them as the flat (non grooved) side of the belt touches both idlers. You need the DRIVERS side T-Mac idler. The shouldered smooth idler goes on the passenger side. The spacer you have labeled '3', do you know which pulley that one goes to? Off the top of my head it doesnt look like it belongs with any of the T-mac pullies. I cannot speak for IW or any other brand.

Ya, #3 spacer I have no idea. The other 2 spacers I bought from a T-Mac dealer (Tim Haines) as well as the PS pulley and HD tensioner pulley.
Then the grooved "idler" is for what?
