The 8 rib pulleys are the same as the 6 rib, they just have 2 ribs added to the front of them. Everything will install normally and line up, just like the stock pulleys. You won't need that ribbed idler, it's for a stock tensioner and your using the HD one which already has a 8 rib on it. Just use the smooth ones to replace the stock smooth one and the Maggie smooth one. If you can't get the smooth idlers to line up the spacers you have, just use some flat washers to get it where you need it. Shouldn't be a big deal, everything else should line up without any spacers.

You must use the spacers provided with the T-mac idlers on the HD tensioner bracket to make them fit snug.

The alt pulley I bought on the forum but I don't know if it is T-Mac or IW. I was planning to re-use the stock hardware on that one. If that won't work let me know. I need to get this stuff ordered and installed. I deploy overseas in about 5 weeks and will be gone 6 months
I'd like to drive my new setup arnd a couple days before I have to park it half the year.

Ok, then I need the alt pulley hardware as well. For the spacers, if #3 is not for T-Mac then what about #1 and #2? They are different. Are they specific to the drivers/passengers side idlers? Or do I need 2 matching spacers for the idlers? If yes, then what does the other spacer go to?
I'm full of questions! Usually people say I'm full of something else, but I digress.

Well that makes sense after looking at the Maggie bracket again. I put on the first idler and it doesn't look like it lines up worth a crap. I put a coaster on the two pulleys so you could see the lean a little better. I just have a bad feeling this thing is going to be throwing belts at me...
