Injectors will need to be upgraded.
Pump don't know. My tuner said 500 is fine w the flex pump and a hot wire kit. I might play it safe and get a better pump and the wire kit.

Do it once, do it right.

Its pretty accurate! And if you use the formula to calculate airflow of your engine with boost (plotting PR vs LB/MIN on a compressor map) it will give you a rough idea on what HP you will make.

Like for example, 5.3 (figured 85% VE of engine only) with a max of 6k RPM and 8psi boost it comes out to about 52-53lb/min of air flow which should be close to 525hp at the crank. So figure another 20% off that for drive train loss and you get around 425-450hp at the wheels. And those are conservative numbers.

with the hot wire kit??? right???

im reading a lot of guys using the wire kit instead of a boost a pump.

if they will both support 500 then the hot wires im going with... its nice and clean. less to go wrong right?

still using the flex fuel pump on my truck, will see how it holds up after the new mods. Might go with a boost a pump just for safety.

what is the hot wire kit? Haven't heard of that yet
