How is that silver-mod-o's fault? Not to mention, if it's stock then he didn't do anything other than add to it...

And here's your contradiction also. Next time when you make a point, don't prove the opposite in the same quote

In all fairness yes, they are good numbers. So leave it at that, don't act like everybody should bow to him.

could run for years. i really dont think anyone around has found the limit of one of these motors. lots of people blow them up but that is a tuning issue.

just something to think about.

back a few years ago i pushed a 4.8 on the dyno. got to 500rwhp.

this was with a stock cam and springs, thru a 4l80 and tcase and finialy on a mustang dyno.

with very good attention to the tune and the right fuel i think he will hit 800+rwhp.

For the record, the fastest 4.8 was not a 12.1. I don't know where you guys got that 12.1 figure from, because 8ALTNG ran an 11.6 back in the day. It probably had more in it too. He also had 150hp less than quik, so it'll be interesting to see what he does.

Quik, if you're reading this, one word.....2 step. They were like unicorns when I had my turbo/T56 setup. Now they can be sourced from LPE any day of the week.
