What ideas do you have on the trans? We've done a blown 426 Jeep and a mild build up of 656 rwhp. Can't keep the trans in it. We've wiped out the main clutch packs multiple times trying to make 1/4 passes.

 

Try APS Precision on the trans. I've had good luck with mine. Built to handle 1,200 hp and 1,200 ftlbs.

 

We used Renntech since it is a Mercedes transmission. Nobody knows what they will handle so we will find out. Crossing our fingers it will stay put

 

Finished up the hardlining of the nitrous system today. Just have to buld a mount for the solinoids and be good to go. Hides nicely with the intake on. Pretty sure majority of people wnn't ever notice.

 

What tuning are you going with?

 

As of now i can't really say. A group we have put together that knows a hell of alot more than I do about tuning. It will be top notch forsure.

Hi Guy's, Bryan said he created a thread on our project over here so I wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm very excited about the project and Bryan is doing a great job on the fabrication. HHP has been great to work with and looking forward to getting this vehicle back on the road.

Well its now caged. Just needs to be final welded. The drivers bar is removable for daily driving and the carbon fiber nitrous bottles will mount on the rear kickdowns.
