If using 3.5 now what were you using prior? Most setups I build use 4" to TB anyways

 

3.5 to the tb. same as before. Its 3in from the turbo to the ic and comes out 3in and changes to 3.5. same as before. Testing 5in intercooler core is 12in wide and 24in height vs 24in wide 12in height intercooler. Maybe Rick and I will try bigger tubing later but Im already 1100rwhp at 17lb and 10.0 air/fuel I like testing to get the most hp with the same boost.

 

Your number you just tossed out, that's estimate or actual?
Also are you maf if so you should of been 4" from getgo if you are MAF based

 

We have used 3.5" since the beginning. Never had an issue.

 

I don't use the maf. I sd tuned the truck from the start on my first turbo. And the numbers I dyno 1010 rwhp on a 300 mile engine on the dyno at 15lb to 16lb of boost and at the track and engine with 2 to 3000 miles on it I was running 17lb boost and with a 5508lb truck and 136mph I'm thinking around 1100rwhp
