Well guys I'm been busy working on the truck. I built the trans cross member today. First I jack the trans in place to setup my drive angle then used a small piece of bar to make something to go by before starting to bend the 1 5/8. Next I bent the 1 5/8 into shape, then cut my some spacer for the frame, Used some 5/8 and 1/2 black pipe and I put the 1/2 inside the 5/8 to make it fit the bolt better and have the 5/8 to weld to. Cut some 2/3 square tubing at a angle to make the trans mount. I think it all worked out good. I also make a small bracket for the rear fuel line bracket. Bolted it to the front trans shift cable bracket. The trans dipstick need a little adjusting to fit but work out nice. Next I will shorten the driveshaft and make the trans lines. Im using 3/8 line to match the stock lines..

Got more done tonight. Trans lines done! double flared the line and added to the stock line (3/8) and build new lines from stock line to the new trans. You can see in the pics where I cut and build new lines. I also install the shorten driveshaft. Wiring up the trans is next. When boost controller and Im going to see at I can make the shifter so it will pull down into 1 and 2 gear. The 6 speed colunm only move down one gear from overdrive.
