Ok. Anyone else? I have a friend that works at a chevrolet dealership and he said the part numbers were different.

 

There the same, I have a 4.8 and a 6.0 and there both the same. I have never heard of any differances other than going to a car intake.

 

I've never heard of any differences either, except the earlier intakes have an extra vacuum port for the FPR, an EGR port, and the later intakes have the PCV hose for bank 2 going to the manifold instead of the TB.

they're the same i have a 5.3 intake on my 6.0. The only difference is that on fly by wire they have the right valve cover vent hose going into the intake instead of the tb.

 

unless is he comparing the early 5.3 to the late 6.0

 

Sorry guys. I think everyone is assuming intake manifold. I am needing info on the exhaust manifolds.
