T-25 is WAY to small.
Even the eco boost is in the 16G range.
Heck my 2.0 DSM ran a 18G SL2 from forced performance and would make 15'#s real close to 3k

The kind of low end your looking for is only going to come from big displacement and a blower.

That's on a 4 cylinder. 2 of those might work if I can spool them fast enough.

There is no way your stock bottom end will last 150k making 500 lb/ft at 2k rpm. I'd imagine bearing squishage me thinks. I've seen a big block from a tandem axle grain truck torn down at relatively low miles. Spent a lot of its life lugging. Rod bearings were literally squished out the sides. That's a heavy duty motor made for such abuse. At 3k rpm I think it's much more doable and less likely to do that or pretzel rods etc.

I don't think that's a bad target really. My 6.0 is more than happy to run down the road with my trailer at 3k rpm. I would think a 4.8 would be even happier.

Probably gonna have to have a positive displacement blower of some kind. And deal with having boost during cruise. Put the biggest blower you can afford on it and pulley for your goal.

I think manufacturers advertise PD blowers stay out of boost at cruise due to a valve?

You don't make boost at cruise with a PD blower, they have a bypass that is open. When you put a load on it the bypass closes and you start making boost depending how much throttle you give it. Drives just like stock only more power everywhere.

Doesn't Whipple employ a bypass valve also?

i think the ecoboost are ko3's, which are smaller than a t25. I could be wrong.

even smaller lol

Turbocharger
V6: Dual Honeywell-Garrett GT15
I4 2.0: Borg Warner K03 low inertia integrated turbo system
I4 1.6: Borg Warner KP39 low inertia turbo

alright...

Max HP = ft-lbs * RPM /5252 = hp
max HP = 600 ft-lbs (20% for WHP) * 2000 rpms / 5252 = 228 hp. ~ 23 lbs/min

4.8L with 84% VE (observed stock based on dyno sheets) @ 2000 rpm @ 20 psi = Engine airflow requirements 23.19 lb/min.

So it looks like you need to make 20 psi by 2000 to hit your goal (i think)

Twin garrett GT1548's will put you on the map at 20 psi with 11 lbs/min (each). you'll run off the compressor map by 3500 rpm.

All street designed kits do.
