I have a 1999 silverado 5.3 it's mostly stock I'm winging to put some form of boost in it I was wondering if any one could help whats the. Cheapest and what all parts I need and what mods ima have to make

Read, read, and when you get tired of reading, read some more. There are far too many variables, you have to determine what YOU want out of the setup, and what your budget is, and go from there.

Get a built transmission before you add boost(or do the 80E). Unless you can afford "down time".

Then, for good reliable boost on the cheap, find a used Maggie MP112 like perviously posted, and a tune.

Got a new Magnuson 112 I could sell ya for about 4800 shipped. There are allot of options out there, it all depends mostly on what you plan to do with the truck.

It's all relative, isn't it? Lots of different price ranges with it comes to FI.

if u wana be cheep get a mp 112 u can get them any where from 2500 to 3200 but so u know u will have to beef up ur trans

I really feel like being a total *** and suggesting you use the search feature, but I'm actually curious as to what your idea of "cheap" is. How much are you REALISTICALLY looking to spend?
