I have to ask since I noticed u never read that it is indeed non flex fuel. Did you notice it's a return less style system? From what I've read so far, it sounds like the return less style is tricky to swap out to an aftermarket pump. And I must add, the closest place that I know of to get it tuned is 4+ hours away. Best one I know of is about 5 hours, Wester's Garage. They have an in house dyno and I'd like to get them to tune it but I'm not ready to put too much more money into this yet. My Super Duty needs a tranny right now :s

 

Ya I missed the non flex fuel part, yes I noticed its returnless. I have a returnless setup also and have changed pumps on both types.

Ok thanks for clearing up the confusion. Which pump are you running on your setup and what were some tweaks required for it to work?
I really like the idea of the boost a pump but can't find too much info from users. Watching YouTube videos on various pumps w/the boost a pump right now haha

 

Old reliable Walbro 255 will work. Swap is very simple. They will support 500-550 rwhp. Part # is gs340 I believe. Hot wire kit is also a good idea.

I am moving a bit more fuel then you. I have twin pumps, different lines, standalone pump wire harness, second pump activated by Hobbs switch.

Yes the walbro # is GSS340

 

You have ur Hobbs boost activated?

 

Yes. A single Walbro pump will take your setup further then the MP90 will.

Get yourself a Racetronix drop-in 255 and hot wire kit, makes life a whole lot easier.
