4" race intercooler transmission cooler???

If you do the electric fans make sure you shroud the entire trans cooler so it pulls air through the entire cooler. just 2 little round electric fans mounted to cooler in a place with no air flow did not work at all for me and my loose *** Circle D converter.

I still undecide what to do. I don't want. Y trans cooler get hot if put in middle of ac cons and radiator. It will prob kill my transmission and. Circle d converter

No matter what If you are worried about your trans getting hot I'd run trans lines through the radiator first and then through the trans cooler. It will also help the trans get up to operating Temps quicker also. I had mine just going to the cooler at one point. It took my transmission forever to heat up if I was on the freeway with the converter locked at the same time in a lot of stop and go traffic once it got hot with my loose *** Circle D converter it wasn't enough. Yes I know the in radiator coolers can fail and dump coolant in the trans but for me I'm willing to take the risk for what I believe is a better functioning system.

FWIW I also put deep aluminum Hughes pan on my transmission when also putting the trans lines back through the radiator. I don't know how much of a difference the deep pan made but after doing the pan and going through the radiator it made a huge difference in keeping my transmission temperatures stable.

Also not to get completely off the subject but I also put one of these High-Flow, Low-Temp Fluid Thermostat 145F FSM-145 in between the in radiator cooler and truecool to help the trans get up to temperature even faster because I don't like how hard my trans shifts when cold.

Absolutely do not run trans fluid thru radiator in a performance app.

You want trans temps well under 150 which will be constantly battling against the higher coolant temps.

I'm stay straight lines to trans cooler. It line to radiator I deleted because my state home not cold weather. I decide mount trans on front
