Question 4.8L Silverado 2003 what to change for boost

I have 50 mm turbo that puts out 10 lbs boost. My truck had a stock 4.8, only performance tune. what will I need to run my turbo on the truck, want to keep it cheap, if possible

The turbo isn’t on the truck yet right? 50mm is really small.

tune, injectors, fuel pump

50mm is like a 4cyl turbo.

or does that mean 1 of them is like a 3 cyl turbo? Lol. I actually can’t find good specs on the 3.5 turbos, all I find is that they are Borg K03’s

No not on the truck yet and I realize it’s a small turbo but it’s universal, 50 mm front housing and 63 mm rear housing, I don’t want a lot of power just maybe 450 500 if it will even make that much with that turbo

It likely won't.

Buy a Walbro 450 pump, regulator, 3 bar map sensor, 60-80lb/hr injectors, wideband o2 sensor. You'll need a custom tune done as well.

Then pray the stock 4L60e doesn't explode and same with the factory G80 rear end.

Don’t use that turbo, it’s too small. Universal doesn’t mean it will work on anything. You have to size a turbo for your goals. Just because a turbo will support 400hp on a 4cyl doesn’t mean it will support 350hp on a v8. Exhaust flow is half the equation, it’s not just about the compressor. By the way both the compressor and turbine are way too small.
