Hard part is done. Need to surface and port. I've got a little touch up on the passenger side turbine inlet to finish up too.

Next up is the 2.5" crossover, 4" down pipe and Passenger side dump tube. I'll probably bolt the manifolds on for good. Need to replace a couple spark plug wires that were toasted on the stock manifolds.

Thanks. You had a 4.8L with like 800 whp right? Were you running a s400?

Just watched your 9 second pass. Bad ***!

Is that all 304 stainless? Always thought the stainless pipes with the texture look cool.

it's mostly 304, there are a few 316 el's in there. You mean you like the mill finish on there?

I hit the pipes with a ss wire wheel. depending on the suppliers you'll get different mill finishes, so it would look pretty messed up if i didn't wire wheel them. It also welds 1000% better if you wire wheel first.

I'm using 316ss rod on the pipes and 309 on the ss to mild flange.

you saw it huh? harbor freight regulator, vacuum hose and high temp tape lol.

I actually didn't back purge most of the driver side. ran out of gas in my second bottle. I typically don't peak too much on the inside of the pipe to keep down sugar.

Are you planning to run 2 wastegates? One on each manifold?
