4.8 Whipple and 13 pounds of boost
#1
OK, so I installed my new built 4L65E and my Circle D Converter. (Awesome upgrade btw)
I had a 4.125 pulley on the whipple and figured I would go smaller.
The next step down was a 3.7 I had in the garage.
Changed the nozzle on the Snow kit to the red one, backed down the timming a lot, added a bunch of fuel. (Shooting in the dark since we had no idea what the boost would go up to)
Went out for a drive and got on it. Instant tire spin and 13 pounds.
No knock and a really rick af ratio. (off the chart)
Going to start adding timming back in and leaning it out.
Hope this motor will last. Have a backup 5.3 set aside in case things don't work out.
Will update with some track numbers by Sunday.
