Whats the exhaust system like on it now? stock mani's, headers? You would really gain from running the stock manifolds with the rear mount cause of the cast iron can help retain heat and keep the turbo warm. I'd say 5psi and under you should be fine with no IC depending upon where you live. Hope you plan on beef'n up that tranny if you want to play or else ka lol

Yes I'm intercooled. For your truck I'm sure Nelson will recommend the best route. IMO I'd add an intercooler, but without isn't to bad.

I ran around with 9.5#'s 430 rwhp no intercooler for bout 9000 mi.Same pulley intercooled got me 7.5#s the power seemed pretty close too.Then i got greedy with the same tune dropped down a few pulley sizes which got me 12-13#'s and lifted the heads.It didnt do it right away.All it took was one cold night 40 deg. or so.Came back from fukn around and my over flow was pissin on my innerfender.

ceramic coated jba shorty headers, 3 in cat back with slp loudmouth right now, i dont have the stock manifolds so those will have to remain... ya like i said before im guessing my tranny is the first to go. ive never dove into anything like that and i know just to put a shift kit in my brothers was like 400 bucks plus the kit.. whats the failure on them, or is it just the whole package.

How many out there are running 10lbs with an intercooler??? what kind of rwhp, and what kind of kick in the pants.. right now im thinkin running a dual stage ebc at 5 psi for highway and around town, and 10 psi when i feel like showing a ricer how gay there car really is

im guessing i pry should have an intercooler, i have to do some fab work with the piping anyways as the kit i have is for a tahoe not a silvy, i figure i may as well as strap one up.

i would really just like to here about and maybe see some vids in that boost range. Once again im not out to have a quarter mile killer, just something i can smoke them damn jetters in there gay ricers they always try to race me in.

10lbs ALLLLLL day no problem with a good tune! definitely get an intercooler, dont even waste your time and money on the whole kit if you dont wana spend 200 on an intercooler.

perfect thats what i was looking to hear.. here is what my build is going to be, dual stage ebc 5psi normal driving 10 psi for kick in the pants. are those intercoolers on ebay junk? any good recomendations on size? Pics of intercooled setup, i need ideas on how im going to run the piping back up..
