Default 4.5" IC for 07 Avalanche

Here are a few pics of my new IC for the Avalanche. 4.5 inches just barely fits, but it does fit.
2.5" inlet and a 3.0" outlet. Its a tight turn for the 3" around the radiator core.
We installed 3 mounting brackets to help hold the unit in place.
Allen has to retweek the computers next week. Then to the dyno.

Watcha yall think?

Thanks, these new truck have alot more room then the 02 GMC had. lol

4.5 " does get a little close.

The twin core takes up alot more room then this single does.

WOW that is alot of room. I couldn't even fit a 1" cooler there because of the radiator and tranny cooler. Nice work!

I might weld a 90 at this point. not sure yet. Might just leave it makes it easy to route the tubing.
We had to mount the temp sensor to some new brackets.
