Just read this thread and you basically built the 4.3L I've been wanting to build for a while. Just a nice solid, no-frills turbo 4.3L to screw with peoples heads.

I'm a perennial fan of the underdog and sleepers, so it's always been something I've wanted to do. I'm pretty much a total LS-convert now, but the 4.3L always holds a special little place in my heart (had a 98 K1500 w/4.3L)

 

He has more stuff to do. We just never have the time. We are on opposite deployment "shifts" seems like we are never home at the same time to Finish the damn thing.

 

No problems, just wanted to come in and show my appreciation

I'm sure it will get built in time.

maybe one day it will get more stuff done and we can go to the track. but once again he is on deployment now and i leave when he gets back. he did get a TBSS when he was home last time but thats about it. he offered to sell it to me but i don't have the room for more project trucks.

what are you doing for injectors? i want to build a turbo 4.3 but all i can find is stock injectors an dthey are all spider injectors. i want to run standalone and individual injectors. i cant find big injectors anywhere.

you have to swap to the marine intake manifold. then you can run what ever injectors you like. it doesn't have the spider harness. we ran deka 60's on his.
