I would just go to a S480 and be done.

Problem was it wouldn’t fail the MAF and go into SD, it
was never tuned with the MAF. Just had to reconnect the MAF to get the truck to start, then unplug it so it’d go into SD mode.

S480 is the plan. Between the 83x75 1.10ar and 96x88 1.25ar Both VSR units.

The 96 will be a bit lazy until you get it up to 15psi or so. T6 or T4? What torque converter do you have?

T4. Circle D 278mm 2800-3000 stall. I only plan on running 12-15psi, so probably not going to benefit much from the larger wheel. Only considered it because I’ll tow a camper with it occasionally. Figured it’d do better keeping temps down.

If you go 83mm exhaust wheel I would get as large a housing as possible or look for a 87mm exh wheel.
