Default 30 inch magnaflow how quite?

I am wanting to work on my exhaust some more on my truck. I was suprised how much the turbo quiets this down. I have a 3 inch down pipe so I was going to attach a 3 inch magnaflow on this. I want some noise just no drone as I do like to drive this.
Any thoughts?

Ive been wondering the same thing. i want no drone at all! i can deal with a lil noise, but i really like quiet.

So im working on a stock Duramax 3.5" exhaust with a cutout.

The 30" is a very quiet muffler. Not sure if they make it in a 3" though.

Different application but I have always liked my Magnaflow setups, good sound and no drone.

Humm almost sounds like it might be too quiet. Would it be quieter than the oval 18 inch straight thu design. I know the oval is larger except for length
