Default 3 bar or 2 bar senosor on needed?

I’m looking for the part number of a drop map sensor for this 034.8 L truck.
Will be switching over to SD tuning soon and would like to pick up the right sensor.

Any help is appreciated.

Rick

Thanks for the info.
Happen to have the part number and what bar is that one?

Ask the parts house for cobalt sensor.
Counter guy. Which engine, which model.
Supercharged. Counter guy. Which one doesn’t say supercharge.

2 bar will work for under 15psi, but above that you'll need 2.5 or 3 bar FYI

Yea not sure we’ll go past 15psi guess better to be safe should only pic up a 2.5 or 3 to be safe.
Would hate to be at the max and want a little more but can’t without guessing.

Go ahead and go 3bar with a turbo setup. Only time I recommend 2bars these days is with blowers.

You can also use the brick style sensor, youll just need to tap the hole in the intake manifold for 3/8" npt (already perfect drill size), and add a fitting and hose to the map sensor.
