Default 24 Hours Till Dyno, High boost,Good Numbers or Bust!

Whelp, I spent almost 2 hours yesterday and around 15 3rd gear pulls tweeking power from 2.5k-6.3k. Dialed in at around 12.1 a/f and 17 timing, 15.5ish boost. Currently HPtunes shows 70-90mph in 1.71 seconds, log included.

On the dyno' got 3 pulls for $50. Figure I'll try turning the boost up on the second pull to see if there is any more power in this MP70, if not might add 1 more degree timing and call it a day on the 3rd. Also since it's going to be 95F tomorrow, i'm going to ice the intercooler with some N20 prior to the pulls. (I got the whole wet kit, maybe I should just install that) lol yeah right.

Mods:
100% stock 4.8L w/02 LS6 cam springs
67MM turbo,E85,80lb, dual walbro

Place your bets,
<500HP
<525HP
<550HP
<575HP
600HP+

Or......Busts (stock clutch/trans gives, heads lift, rod/pistion kills dynoshops dog) ...

Lets just say I been working on my second car for a DD all day incase the truck goes down in glory.

Will post video and sheet tomorrow!

Damn... Well that would grab the <500 selection lol. Also worth noting it made 528/528 at 10psi.

I say with all the tune and tweaking it does 520-570, depending on what gear. 520 range third gear, 560+ fourth gear.

I say if it lets go its start knocking real bad close to the end of the run and maxes power at 600 ponies

I'm no tuner but I say you melt a piston before getting to 600. Why not tune more conservative and enjoy your build rather than risking it for a number to impress people you don't know.

Remember i'm running E85. So under boost 12:1, which is .81 lambda or 7.9:1 AFR for E85. Your actually fatter then on 12.1 gas and running cooler from the ethanol and extra fuel volume.

My catch-can setup is driver side valve cover is free venting. Passenger side connects to the catch-can, then has a one way check valve line leaving the catch-can to a large vacuum source off the top of the manifold.

Fuel is return style now. Old feed line is now the return, two walbro's intank, Y into a 8an bung at the top of the pump housing, 8an feed, inline fuel filter, then pressure regulator, ls1 fuel rails.

Tarinitup, I honestly just enjoy tweeking and pushing things some. I'll turn it back down to around 10psi when it's all said and done and hope for a good life still out the 4.8L.

Yeah greddy, I've had it from the talon, but should be easy enough to find. Picture things are setup.

GM put those clips there from the factory so guys can run 8an lines lol

Notice the stock feed line on the bottom is now the return line
