Want to order a trick stg2 kit only question is where is the place to get it tuned 2013 silverado any one from Alberta on here that can point me in the right direction

 

Horsepower Solutions in edmonton does a lot of LS stuff. A guy on here got his supercharged 5.3 done at Lightspeed Innovations in Red Deer, he said they did a good job but they mostly work on imports. Westers in Tilley, have heard lots of varying opinions but I have no first hand experience. There's a few tuners in Calgary, Davenport seems to be the most widely known with a good rep.

I used to live in Red Deer, put a turbo on my '01 pickup and had an EFILive scan cable tune done through BlackBear performance. I had an engine killing problem but I don't think it had anything to do with the tune. He was good to deal with. Most people will tell you that an in person dyno tune is the way to go though.

 

im in the same boat and will likely go to horsepower solutions. but ive heard when you call to book a dyno tune...like if you were to call today. they'll tell you next opening is like august. so scheduling is a pain in the ***.

 

Well I talked to horsepower solutions yesterday they could do it for $800 isent that a lil high? He said they hade tuned a couple nnbs with blowers but that was about it mainly just all gen 3

 

they have Edmonton cornered as far as dyno tuning a late model domestic. other option is driving south to Calgary.

so they can charge what they want really. and lets be honest there's a lot of fellas with trucks and money here!
