I wouldn't bother with a ported head. You don't need them for your goals. A cam would be a huge winner for you. You will need to pull the heads to delete displacement on demand when you do the cam.
You dont need a very aggressive cam to help reach your goals either, but the cam choice will depend on your wants and how you use the truck.
How do you want idle to sound?
How many miles do you drive every year? Is it a daily driver?
Do you tow?
You can go further than the 3.2 pulley... in fact I would probably jump right to a 3.0 to be honest. A 3.0 pulley with the right cam would probably land you almost exactly at 500 to the tires safely around 10 PSI.
