Default 2002 PCM upgrade Question

Hey guys, still having problems with my Magnacharger. Even though I got my truck custom tuned, my PCM is still pulling timing. I have heard that when people experience similar problems, a 2002 PCM upgrade generally fixes the problem. Any input?
Thanks!

The 02 pcm upgrade will solve false knock issues. Are you loosing timing because off KR or just loosing timing? torq. management and High IAT's will pull timing also . Have you tuner check you IAT correction table and make sure it's not pulling timing at IAT's below 140-150*

I do have high IAT's, and I got most of my TM removed, but I was told by Allen that my PCM was pulling timing because of my knock sensor. I think Im going to try it before I pull the magnacharger to be looked at.
