Not at all

Rs strut mount required trimming the rear bolt & cutting a 3/4 x 3/4" hole in the strut perch to allow the Ls feed pipe on the manifold to clear. The pipe was also flattened quite a bit as well.

The crossover pipe had to be flattened to clear the rs rear front diff frame mount

The swaybar hit the crossover pipe, I still have to resolve this somehow.

Don't cut your upper rad hose or remove the coolant resoivor. I did cut the hose & realized after I didn't have too. I just repositioned the resoivor.

The kit includes heater hose reposition pipes. They arrived after everything else by 4 weeks & I'd already made my own heater hose extensions (ran them beside the battery & out to the thermostat housing

The kit wants you to cut the transmission cooler hoses & reposition it. I found flipping the plastic mounting bracket & reworking the hoses allowed enough clearance.

The 2 bar map they included didn't work for this truck. I bought the zr1 map sensor with the part# I listed earlier

Intercooler only comes with lower mounting brackets that allowed the intercooler to flex into the tranny cooler speed nuts. I made some horrible looking brackets to stop the movement.

Upper transmission line into the rad is right in the way of the turbo for anything air intake wise & had to be adjusted.

The kit doesn't have anything provided for an air filter. That's still to be made up

Moved the ground cable from the rs front of the block to the rear so it didn't have to snake through the turbo manifold/downpipe.

I didn't wrap the manifold but wish I did. Downpipe was wrapped & turbo blanket was installed as well.

Plug wires will rest right on the manifold, I'm using stock wires with heat sleeves, so far it's working. If the manifold had been wrapped & sleeves used there'd be no concern whatsoever about using stock wires.

I removed the pan & had a oil drain bung welded in. Instead of tapping the oil cooler hose mounting plate for feed supply I tapped the oil pan supply to the cooler lines. This is a brand new truck with only 53000 kms on it so no parts were seized. Front diff & steering rack must be dropped for pan removal.

Quite a few splash shields were eliminated due to the intercooler piping. Haven't bolted the inner fenders back in place yet, they might require modification too.

If you do the 2.5 bar os update through hp tuners you must fill in the blanks on the new pids that it enters or the truck will never start & you'll be uber frustrated trying to figure out why lol

I can take pictures of the items if you'd like

Gerry

ok will do, I dropped the truck off to have some body repairs completed, once I get it back i'll post them..

yes don't replace it with the steel pipes, it's far enough away from the turbo & no piping runs near it.. looks a lot cleaner with the stock hose

Sorry, I haven't gotten the truck back yet, tune was looking decent, was running too rich under boost (going 10.7) but rich is safeish so we dropped it off for paint..

His 19 year old cousin borrowed the truck with the owners permission, no idea what or how it happened but something is blown up @ the back of the intake. Need to remove it & see what's going on once the painting is complete

Really sucks to here this, but on3 is chinese garbage. What people don't realize is that the cost to fix all the screw ups probably ends up more than Trick, plus you're left with an inferior product.

We need to support USA made products when appropriate.
