Default 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 headers? For 5.3 tvs1900

As the title says, which size is best for this combo? It's not a max out effort as it's a dd so 10-11 psi is the goal.

Currently makes 8psi on mid lenght headers.

If youre looking to replace a mid length I would go 1 7/8" without question.

True story... you're boosted with a PD... help that engine breath and torque loss is minimal if nonexistant.
