06's, DOD and FI mix?
Has anybody got anything going yet on the 06 trucks? Specifically interested in Magnuson Radix or perhaps a single turbo up top (not STS)...
Thanks,
Bill

Who's software? Carputing? HP Tuners? Need to know so that I can determine a choice. I really like the Detroit Speedworks single turbo kit... but may settle on the Radix depending on availability of tuning...
Thanks for the info!

Not sure? I use Brian at PCMsForLess and he is shipping me my tune on Mon. He has been checking for me for a month and he just got the first available software he could find yesterday? Drop him an e-mail, I'm sure he would tell you.

I have seen STS kit performance first hand and it is awesome. I know of one truck with over 700 rear wheel. Couple things trip me up on the STS kit...
I live in Arizona... forced induction without an intercooler really is not an option. Tack on a custom intercooler and piping and all the sudden the base STS kit will be almost as much as a DSW kit. Last I checked the DSW kit comes with injectors... the STS kit does not. Price wise, things start to equal out pretty quick.
I am not crazy about the idea of an electric pump return for the oil drain... although this is becoming a weak excuse because I have not heard of pump failures... yet.
Some low life with a chain pipe cutter and an adjustable wrench could steal the turbo off the truck in less than a minute. I don't like giving creeps an opportunity when you don't have to...
STS is a great company with a fantastic product no doubt... just a few concerns that I'm not sure I'll be able to overcome when the time comes to make a decision.
