With only 95k on your engine it has plenty of life left!

Just replace the lifters, timing stuff, oil pump and throw a new water pump on and have at it!!!

These are tough engines, the 5.3 that came in my truck had 183,000 on it, there was perfect cross hatching in the cylinders, but my lifters failed when i cammed it.
