Well on my way there this morning and slowed down to turn in to the store and the pass.side bottom ball joint decided to pull out of the socket.Thats what I get for using cheap *** master pro ball joints.Never had one pull out of the socket before. But just finished replacing them with Mooge and waiting on my son to get back from discount tire because it took out the tire also.Just glad it didnt tear up my oil pan and exhaust.Hopefully I'll be out there before 5pm.Exspensive *** trip!!!See yall out there.

Well, I did make it out there but was really late! Got there at 6, just in time to buy a tech card, tech and pull into the 12 sec index class line. No test passes or nothin! Figure it would run low 12's since I was running 7.6's in the 1/8 last time out to the local 1/8 mile. With in 5 min, I was making my first and only pass of the night... Was killing the guy I was racing so lifted, even got on the brakes to keep from breaking out and thought for sure I won... Got back around to the booth and I ran a 11.64@ 105 with lifting and on the brakes!!! Never ran that quick before! so I lost Would have been nice to get to make a full pass to see what it would have done. Some great air last night.

My friend was covering the event with his D-SLR camera and crane. I went with him to help him carry stuff and be a runner while he worked, I got to hang out in the area between the lanes right at staging (you may have seen us if you were racing/spectating), which was one of the coolest things I have ever done but it got hairy at times. Overall, it was a great time and my first time attending an HPT event. Pretty good Saturday.

Thanks, I didn't really get kicked out, I don't think they kicked any one out for safety last night, I just broke out of the 12 sec index class I was racing in and lost. Single loss elimination, so i was done racing and there was no more test an tune for the night. Not sure when I'll head back down there, its a little over an hour down there to run 1/4 and the 1/8 mile is only about 30 min.

I finally got there around 4:15 and they wouldnt let me make a run.So same thing I got in the 12 sec. class and a white lightning with a whipple beat me.I thought about spraying but decided not to.I thought I won but lost by .02 sec. After all the **** that happened and make 1 run and done was a bummer but had a good time anyways.Alot better event than the last one.Good job guys!

I got there about 2:30 had things read to run within an hour but they shut down for the burnout contest then no TT or TnT prior to 1st round Eliminations in 12.0.
Made the first shakedown pass winning first round letting off then lost 2nd round spinning and running out of juice. Had planned to kill off that bottle on a couple of time trials since it was in there from the nights before, but completely forgot to swap it as things turned out.
Still had a good time anyway and got to see lots of crazy.
