I was doin ~30 mph in heavy traffic w/ my Silvy some years back. Didn't see anything, only heard it! Later I saw it! Apparently I caught ahold of a small leaf spring as used on small trailers. It flung spring from the lane I was in, onto the grass some ways away. Stored spring energy launches like a rocket in any direction!!!
How my truck came away w/o a mark was a miracle.

As for doin 85mph on a beltway. That's insane!!!
I only wanna do 85 if I want to, not cause I have to!

LMAO I figured you PA fuggers would say I was texting and probably hit some fool on a sidewalk.

It was pretty crazy. All in a matter of seconds I thought everything I could out, just like all crashes, it feels like an eternity. I stayed strong and just grit my teeth as it landed from being airborne under my bumper. His with didn't look to happy, but she also looked scared as hell. They had no idea what they did to traffic and if anyone was hurt.

sure sure where are the pics of the surburban???

last year i was driving down in san antoino durning some work construction and this car infront of me darted over to the right infront of a mini van and guess what there was one of those orange 50 gallon drums in the middle of my lane, it was either hit the wall to the left or hit the mini van to my right or say screw it and hit it strait on, well it pretty much drug it a mile or so under the ford then i pulled off a the sholder and the edge was about a 8inch drop off from concrete to dirt and i just pulled over and let it do the work of getting it out.
