Better late than never......
Better late than never......
I have ben kicking it with you fools for some time now riding on the coat tales of my friends (some of you Eastern region guys will recognize me from the '05 dino day in Mass. riding shot gun in a certain Arrival Blue stepside. and the '05 truck Nats in New Hampshire rocking an out of date '93 stepside) but I have finally ordered my dream truck. Thanks to my buddy Jake (aka LoudAzzLoStepside) I got a killer deal on a '07 "classic". If I wasn't such a DeeDeeDee when it comes to computers I would have a nice spread sheet or something showing all of the specs I ordered. But you have to deal with this;
1/2 ton 2 wheel Reg. cab short bed
4.8 5-speed
Tangier Orange (yes that's D.O.T. orange and yes I'm an *******)
Solid smooth ride
No locker dif. (the G80 can go screw itself)
3.73's
custom cloth
A/C
Cruise
P/windows, mirrors, locks with keyless entry
spare wheel and tire delete ($110 off the price!)
roof console
duel batteries
ornament delete
All this for a $19,500 sticker! Can't beat that with a stick. Now I'm a giddy school kid waiting for the GM stork to drop off my new baby on my door step. And you better believe I'm starting the stock pile of goodies now.
