If my driveline wasn't injured I'd give it a shot, but I'm too broke to take a chance of leaving a trail of differential parts down the track

Anybody want to donate an SS transfercase, front axle housing, and front driveshaft? Not that I can install it in time between the weather and my left arm in a cast

What you talkin about Billy? Afraid that that G80 will blow on you?

If I do go I'd just he going to watch. My truck isn't track worthy.

The G80 already went, been a one wheel peel for a few months now. The front diff is ready for something catastrophic, I'm pretty sure that one of the bearing retainers broke and the diff is rocking around in there. I got a ton of metal on the drain plug last time I checked it, and it's howling like mad, mostly in 4wd, but it also does some weird stuff in 2wd, I guess since the axles are turning. I want to run the truck in 4wd (eventually AWD) as this thing spins like a **** in 2wd, even with my baby cam. The converter is really doing it's job I'd like to do the whole drivetrain in one shot...SS front axle housing with 4.10's, SS front driveshaft and transfer case, either AAM or Yukon 4.10's in the rear and a Detroit TruTrac. Delete 4x4 switch and computer and make a nice ABS plastic switch panel where the old 4x4 switch was. I'd love to find someone who wants to swap the parts straight up...

Oh yea, it's still undetermined whether or not I will have to modify the rear driveshaft, seems some guys who do the swap do, and some don't. Guess it depends how far you're lowered, lifted, whatever

I wonder how much the spectators admission fee is? I hate to be a spectator at an event like this, but I've been wanting to meet you guys who I haven't met yet. I already know Dan now...we go all the way back to like early 2010 or something
