My brother and I might run up there this afternoon and try to get a few runs in before it gets crowded. We should be there around 5:30 or 6. Just look for the big black truck...LOL.

So did ya go up there? My truck is sitting on jackstands waiting for a front O2 sensor to come in tomorrow. Damn crossthreaded O2 sensors.

I wish I could have gone to the track. We have a house full of out of town'ers we have to entertain I would rather have crossthreaded o2 sensors.

I was trying to be easy and take everything out so I could save it but no, that damn O2 decided to get stuck. I got pissed and broke out the sawzall and grinder.

doh it's common knowledge that you aren't in a good mood if you break out the sawzall. Can't think of too many projects that offically require a sawzall on your vehicle.LOL

A mechanic told me a couple years back if you have other **** to do, take her out for a ride and take them out hot. Replace them while it's hot as well, but not needed.

Yea, i went up there..it was wierd because it felt cool to me on Friday but when i got to the track the mirror thermo said 88*.. ... it was like 79* when i left work. Any way i got 2 runs in until it got so crowded i couldnt take it. I didnt do my best, but no biggie, it was fun. There was a big *** Peterbuilt rig up there running 15's...it was freakin nuts!! Never seen anything like that in my life. That alone was worth the $20 entry fee. His best was 15.3@86mph.

I hear ya, it was like they were giving away $100 bills or something Friday. All 6 staging lanes were backed all the way out to the turn-in. It was like an hour wait between runs at that point. I got there at 6pm and ran within the first 15 minutes. the second run i had to wait about 45 minutes. When i came back around for the third run, there was a wait to just get in the staging lanes. I decided to get pizza instead..
