It is normal at 10psi. MAF sensor was reporting 84lb/min, which is exactly where the graph hits the choke line at 10psi. I calculated how much power it would have made had the converter stayed locked and then turbo didn't drop boost....assuming maybe a 40ft-lb drop at peak power, it would have put down 673rwhp. Of course I don't claim that number since its not what it put down, but its food for thought. This turbo won't ever do that at 10psi...but 15psi should flow another 100hp worth of air

That was the longest pull in the existence of 550rwhp pulls. How much load did they put on that dyno?
Glad to see you finally got it on the dyno, not get those fueling issues and converter issues figured out and let us know what it does. Why didn't you do any 2nd gear pulls?

It was only making like 8psi at the end, so our first guess was that it wasn't loading the turbo enough. The dyno operator maxed out the load cell so that's why it took so long
Turned out its just the flow limitation of the turbo.
I did do a 2nd gear pull for the first run, but after having lockup issues I wanted to see what it would do in 3rd before my 3 pulls were up. Even with the converter unlocked it hit 142mph at the wheels. Driveshaft seems to be doing work!

I still don't think they loaded it properly. You continually see a full 10psi on the street right? Also you wen't pig rich on the dyno with a tune that was otherwise spot on moments before on the street.
What size exhuast wheel do you have? That may be the choke point, and not the compressor, because an S475 should be good for well over 700rwhp. Small exhuast wheel, poor exhaust side flow of the L92's could choke it up. The huge tq numbers and low hp remind of a Syty dyno with the too small but torquey stock turbo.
If the MAF is acurate, 84lb/min at that low of an rpm on a 6.0L just doesn't translate to 8-10psi of boost.

No, I lose boost on the street too. It went rich because as soon as it hit full boost, the meth was maxed out. The AlkyControl kit doesn't care what RPM the engine is at, and without a BE table I can't control fueling like that. So theres no choice but to go pig rich til RPM builds
The turbine wheel is an 83mm.
I have the map for this compressor if you want to see it. The choke line runs right through 84lb/min and 10psi.
