Heads
#11
Anything negative is deleted. That's the bottom line. If you don't believe me post some links of members making negative comments, or bashing a sponsor's product.
If I was looking to buy heads again, I'd take a hard look at Livernois - I've read they have a 220cc program for the LS6 heads. Either that or I check out my local machine shops. But ya know, since they aren't very active sponsors (livernois) or not sponsors at all I didn't even consider them - silly of me.

This thread could get interesting and fast...... Look, I'm not looking to get banned so I'm going to be careful in what I say. I am not going to show examples but I have seen with my own two eyeballs where person(s) have had trouble with sponsors in the past, and magically posts get deleted and in the end the sponsor comes out smelling like a rose. on LS1toke er I mean tech
You can discover a lot if you know how to use google and use the cached links at the bottom of search result. Personally if I were to recommend a sponsor to get your heads from I would go with richard at WCCH. He's the most knowledgeble, clean working, and most artistic sponsor listed on this site. Yes I said artistic because his heads produce results, and his heads are truly worked over to perfection. Just remember guys, IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT FLOW NUMBERS. I see too many people make the mistake of buynig heads because they flow big numbers. If this is how you base your purchases, you better retake gasoline engines 101.

I was just commenting on peoples thoughts after they installed them... I never mentioned flow numbers... I can't comment on negative sponser feedback being deleted cause I have not seen it. I do remember beastmodes thread about fuddle not being delelted.. I believe it is still online

I hear really good things about those heads, just mill em' and run a shorter push rod. If I had the money for them I would run them. I would run a set of wcch in a heart beat too, but for the money and the data I have read about, the tsp 5.3 2.5's are not to shabby. I like the idea of richard at wcch doing a stage 1 set up for around 800 with dual springs too. you send him your core.

Well I bought the Edelbrock heads from Richard and I like them a lot. Richard performed all of the cnc'ing, flow testing cam suggesting and sent all of the results of what "these" heads produced(not a blanketed result). I don't have any info on before and after results but I do hold a record on here for my truck. I would highly recommend Richard with WCCH, he will take very good care of you. With that being said, I'm going to put my heads on the market in the near future. Don't know when but soon.
