Default dyno results- T1 cam. give me ur opinions

Well I finally got the truck dyno'd and tuned. The best numbers i got were 290hp 266tq. I think its got more in it tho. Correct me if i;m wrong, but shouldn't my torque be putting up higher numbers? I am really happy with the tune. It idles much better and throttle response alot better as well. Now only thing i think that might be holding me back a little is the stock airbox. My cold air setup that i had cracked, so i threw the stocker back on.

Mods are as follows.

T1 cam- 221/221 558/558 112+4
7.4 hardened pushrods
918 springs
Fuddle 3200 2.0 str
hd-2 shift kit
corvette servo
160 thermostat
Pacesetter LT

What gear was the pull made in? Looks like 2nd. A 3rd gear pull will show higher numbers. Next time, lock the converter so the pull can be made earlier in RPM. Also, with the converter locked, it will not flash causing that TQ spike you see at the beginning of the pull. Do you have headers?

what size rims do you have? If you're running something like 22's then that might be where you lost some power. Although horsepower is usually what's affected by heavy wheels, not torque.

I have 20" rt-s wheels. they are pretty damn close to stock size overall. i thought of that too, but don't think that would effect it.
