no, not daily, but will be driven very often.
guess I should pose a diff. question. Has anyone broken 400whp with a n/a 5.3?

There is a thread around here about a similar question, there are several that have made it to 360ish.

I did a search over on LS1 tech and seen results in a ls1 of like 410 with full bolt-ons so your going to be 350-360 ish as stated.

Neh, I'm just gona go ahead and be the first 400whp n/a 5.3. That seems crazy to me nobody has yet??!!??

There's a reason.

You'd need the cam, Heads, huge stall, gears, damn good tune, probably a FAST intake and larger TB.

I saw a guy "Joshua---" that made 390whp through a auto with a much smaller cam.

theres already been a couple guys with 400+ n/a 5.3l trucks
