Wow very impressive numbers and great reporting guys! I would assume these numbers are rear wheel.

Looking forward to whats to come next.

Nice!!! We can't wait to see what you have in store for this poor truck.

Wow very cool testing. Thanks!

With all the added features of the 2014 I would think that it will respond to mods even better than the old ones too. Time will tell, and its gonna be fun to watch.

i would like to see what the lmg5.3 made with e85. mine seems to run stronger on e85 vs. 93 unleaded. tuned by area47.

As expected from the chassis dynamometer data, the performance did improve.

Impressive performance numbers for a stock 5300+ lbs truck (200+ driver and a full tank of fuel so we were over 5600 lbs).

I did two runs on E85. They were virtually identical in performance so I didn't do any more runs since the data was so repeatable.

0-60 mph was a best of 6.96 seconds (6.97 on the run displayed in the attached graph). This was an improvement of 0.5 seconds over the best gasoline run.

1/4 elapsed time dropped to 15.51 seconds at 93.5 mph, for an improvement of 0.4 seconds and 2.7 mph.

Not bad for a stock truck, but I am far from impressed. GM needs to catch up to the imports IMO. My stock 2012 Nissan Titan weighing in at 5,180 + driver at 270 lbs) for 5,450 lbs ran a 15.03 @ 92 in 2,200 DA and hit a 14.7 @ 94.50 in -600 DA. I put down 317 RWHP/340 RWTQ with only an intake and muffler swap. It has run 13.98 with the stock engine and catalytic converters in place after tuning and a few bolt-ons. I never ran E85 on the stock setup, but with custom tuning I wrote for E85 with my mods, I picked up over 3 tenths in the 1/8 running E85 vs 93 octane E10.

Uuhhhhhhh.... Whatsyourpoint ^^^^ should we clap for your stock Titan? Have fun getting that thing out of the 13's without mortgaging your house

This was just a test of a new truck, and comparison of the previous model.

Titans are magical. I bet a spark plug change and a few window stickers will get him out out of the 13's.
